Panzer Dragoon Orta is a rather nice rail shooter. The dragon's different forms looks wonderful and can be upgraded. This allows for different tactics during additional playthroughs. Play as the Heavy Wing and obliterate almost everything while taking lots of damage, pick the Glide Wing and dodge the incoming attacks while picking away at health, or just stick with the Base Wing and do some of both. The different forms, of course, can be swapped out at any time, but trying to balance them all could lead to having to restart due to having three underpowered forms instead of a high power, medium, and normal leveled one. There's also some extras included that help to add to the game overall. One section adds to the lore of the game, another discusses the different beasts that you fight against. There's even an unlockable version of the original Panzer Dragoon for those that play long enough. :D All in all, it's a mighty fine game.
